Return & Shipping Policy

All the items of OHAR are handcrafted. So there is every possibility of a minor design variation/colour variation/irregular weave, print or stitch. We, at Ohar, are committed to serving you when it comes to quality. In case you are not satisfied with the items purchased, please read our return and exchange policies before you return any item.

Items that are eligible for exchange/return

  • For items purchased during sale, we only offer an option to exchange standard sizes. Unfortunately sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • For regular priced items, we offer both returns and exchanges for standard sizes.
  • In case the item is damaged or defective, you are requested to click pictures of the damage/defect and mail them to customercare@ohar.fashion. You can also inform us about the same on +91 11 4100 8344. We will contact you at the earliest.
  • In case a wrong item has been delivered to you, please initiate a return or exchange along with pictures of the item.

Instructions to follow while sending back the item for return/exchange:

  • The original tags on the items should be intact, while the items themselves should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in a saleable condition.
  • Please re-use original packaging while returning/exchanging items to avoid damage or loss in transit.

Placing a request for exchange/return

Requests for exchange/return, if any, must be placed within _______days of receiving the items, else the items will be considered as sold. You can place such requests by sending us an email at customercare@ohar.fashion. Please mention the order number as the subject line in your mail. Kindly wait for a confirmation mail/call from our end before initiating the return.

Process of exchange/return

  • After confirmation, we will initiate the reverse pick-up of the item to our courier partners who will contact you for a convenient date and time for the pick-up. The pick-up should be made within 10 days of receipt of product. After 10 days, the return/exchange will be cancelled.

Please note that some areas may not feasible for reverse pick up. In such cases, the customer will need to courier the item for exchange/return back to us.

It is suggested that you use a trackable shipping service to avoid loss of item in transit. Please inform us about the return/exchange through a mail, with your order number and tracking details mentioned in the mail. The return/exchange should be made within 10 days of receipt of product. After 10 days, the return/exchange will be cancelled.

  • All shipping costs for returning an item to Ohar will be borne by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Once the item reaches us, we will do a quality check for damages, etc., and whether the item has the original tags/packaging in place. Post that, we will call or send a mail for processing the exchange/return.
  • In case the item received in return does not qualify the quality check or the original tags/packaging are not in place, it will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
  • Please note that in case of exchanges, your new order will be dispatched to you within 5-7 business days after the receipt of the item sent for exchange.

Cancellation of an exchange/return request

To cancel your exchange/return request, please call us at +91 11 4100 8344 or mail us at customercare@ohar.fashion with your order no. within 24 hours of placing an exchange/return request. Please note that cancellation will only be accepted if your order hasn’t been shipped.

Refund

  • In case of returns, the money will be issued to you in the form of a Gift Voucher with a validity of 1 month.

    Refund will be made into your original mode of payment (credit card, bank account, etc.)
  • Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded except where a wrong item or size has been sent to you.
  • There will be no refund for ‘Cash on Delivery’ orders as we cannot send cash through couriers.
  • Refunds will only be initiated after we have received the returned shipment. Please note that refund will not be initiated if the package is lost in transit.
  • Refunds will not be made in case of wrong or outdated delivery address.
  • There will be no refund after 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier and also in case the package is refused by the recipient.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping charges vary with the size of order placed.

On placing your order, you will receive a confirmation Email from OHAR along with the estimated delivery time to your location. From the date of placing order, we would normally take 7-10 working days to deliver your order.

In some locations, the delivery may take longer, depending on the accessibility of your location by our courier partners.

International Shipping

International: We ship worldwide. It may take 10-15 business days for the order to be delivered. Our international shipping charges vary with the size of consignment.

Your purchase will be shipped through our courier partner. Some areas may take longer than stated depending on location of order.
